How to Connect
The process is the same for all aggregator platforms.Step 1. Set Up the Aggregator
Register on the aggregator platform
Go to the website of your chosen aggregator (Umnico, Wazzup, Kommo, Salebot, or SendAPI) and create an account.
Connect the desired messengers
In the aggregator’s dashboard, add the channels you want to use: WhatsApp, VK, Instagram, Avito, Viber, and others.
Step 2. Connect the Aggregator in AI Textura
Open the Channel section
Go to AI Employees → select your agent → Channel tab.
Select the platform
In the Browse apps tab, find the desired platform (e.g., Umnico or Wazzup) and click on it.
Fill in the settings
- Channel name: any convenient name (e.g., “WhatsApp via Umnico”).
- API key: paste the key copied from the aggregator.

Yes. You can connect different channels through different aggregators to the same AI employee.
What happens if the aggregator goes down?
What happens if the aggregator goes down?
The AI employee will not be able to send or receive messages through that channel until the aggregator is restored. Messages sent by customers during downtime will be processed after recovery (depends on the aggregator).

Yes. Each aggregator is a separate service with its own pricing. The AI Textura subscription does not include the aggregator cost.
